Talk about bad days! Nope…make that a bad MONTH! My notebook’s wireless adapter is acting up on me.. so I send it to repair (BTW, it’s an HP notebook.) The 1st time I send to HP, they fix the other problem but not the wireless… That’s fine..I send it out on Monday and get it back on Wednesday (Talk about fast!) I am a happy customer by then…still the wireless is not fix.
Call them again and they asked me to send it back again! Fine! I sent it again and this time it came back to me in about 5 business days. Reasonable timing….so no complaint there! BUT WAIT! The problem IS NOT solve! Can’t you believe that?? Twice… Patience is wearing thin here…
Anyhow, on June 2, I send it back to HP AGAIN! They assured me that the notebook will receive higher priority..reason is… it is the THIRD time the notebook is being send back to HP. They promised me June 11 as delivery date back to me. OK..fine… Guess what?!??! On the morning of June 11, HP call me saying that there’s delay and I will have my notebook on JUNE 25!! Imagine my furious!!
I contact HP in very furious mood (on-line chat with HP is a very GOOD feature)! Guess what the reason?? A wireless part shortage!! We are talking about giant HP company who produces who knows how many notebooks a day and virtually EVERY notebook come with wireless card. And now they are telling me they don’t stock the items? I don’t even want to know how is that happened! Anyway, they say it will be take care within 24 hrs, never happen! So, I called them again on Friday, again, they assure me that it wil be take care of ASAP. Ask me to call them again on Monday… Well, we will see… As of now, I am a VERY unhappy customer of HP services!
See, the think that make me really mad is I kept sending it back and forward to HP. Every time it came back to me with no result. True! HP is paying for the FEDEX but boy! talk about the inconvience! And guess what I NEED the notebook for summer school project/papers and the school is almost over. Sometimes I just have to laugh it out loud of the irony.. I MIGHT get the notebook back AFTER summer school end! Isn’t it ironic?!?
